Koichi Sato is a waiter at the Jackson Hole restaurant. He is friendly with Hachi, Junko, and Shoji, who all curiously always address him by his full name.

He is nice, quiet, benevolent and cheerful person. He is a silent witness of life changes that happens with Hachi and her friends.
Physical appearance
He has dreadlocks and piercing in ears. He is always seen in his waiter uniform.
